Found an AWESOME scrapbooking site called The Color Room. They give you a color scheme as a challenge and then people post their page results. It's a lovely site and the posted layouts are high quality. Definitely a cool springboard. I think the site houses layouts that have an edgier touch than a lot of page posting sites. There's also a section of video tutorials.
Another site that lists color combos is colourQ. If you want new color combo suggestions, there's some great ones. I found the site posted mostly cards and it is much more sedate than The Color Room, but it could still provide inspiration.
